Co-CEO, ASUS
S.Y. Hsu leads research and development, innovation management, talent development, and integrated solutions at ASUS. Together with Co-CEO Samson Hu, he is driving the ASUS 2035 Climate Action Goals, strengthening core capabilities, and fostering a culture of continuous innovation.

Since joining ASUS in 1993, S.Y. has championed user-centric design thinking, guiding R&D teams to deliver industry-shaping products. His work includes the Eee PC, a breakthrough notebook that helped define mobile computing and was later featured by Harvard Business Review as a case study in user-focused innovation. In 2018, he led another milestone with the Zenbook Pro, introducing a secondary touchscreen that reshaped laptop user experiences.

S.Y. is deeply committed to sustainability, embedding it across ASUS operations, products, and supply chains, while also investing in new business models and promoting a startup-driven work culture.

Beyond ASUS, he contributes to Taiwan's technology ecosystem as a board member of AAEON and APAQ Technology, and Chairman of uPI Semiconductor Corp.
Rex Lee

Rex Lee is a Corporate Vice President at ASUS and serves as General Manager for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, where he leads regional business strategy, commercial growth, and go-to-market execution across one of ASUS's most dynamic global markets. He is widely recognized as a key driver behind ASUS's expansion in consumer, gaming, and commercial PC businesses throughout APAC.

Having joined ASUS in 2007, Rex has held multiple senior leadership roles spanning regional management, marketing, and commercial strategy, including Regional Director positions across Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Nordics, before assuming his current APAC leadership mandate. He has played a pivotal role in strengthening the ASUS brand, scaling regional operations, and accelerating adoption of ASUS's commercial and AI-ready computing portfolios.
Kayin Chang
Head of GTM for the Commercial Business Unit, System Business Group, ASUS
Kayin Chang is Head of Go-to-Market (GTM) for the Commercial Business Unit within the ASUS System Business Group, where he leads global go-to-market strategy and execution for ASUS's commercial portfolio.

In this role, Kayin is responsible for aligning product strategy, sales, marketing, and partner ecosystems to drive scalable growth across enterprise, education, government, and SMB segments. He works closely with regional teams to translate global business priorities into effective local market execution, ensuring consistent positioning, strong channel enablement, and accelerated adoption of ASUS commercial solutions.

Kayin plays a key role in advancing ASUS's commercial business by shaping market entry strategies, launch readiness, and partner programs, while supporting the company's broader focus on innovation, reliability, and user-centric design. His work helps position ASUS as a trusted technology partner for organizations navigating modern workplace and digital transformation needs.
Emma Ou
Commercial Regional Director, ASUS (MY, SG, ANZ)
Emma Ou is a senior technology executive at ASUS, currently serving as Commercial Regional Head for the Systems Business Group (SYS BG), overseeing key markets across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Malaysia. In this role, she leads ASUS's commercial strategy across B2B segments including education, enterprise, SMBs, and government, driving growth and strengthening ASUS's regional presence.

With a career spanning marketing, product management, and regional leadership, Emma has held multiple senior roles within ASUS, including Country Manager for Singapore and ANZ, where she successfully built high-performing local teams and expanded the brand's footprint in highly competitive markets.
Andrew Tang

Andrew Tang is the Singapore Country Manager for Intel Corporation, overseeing Enterprise Consumer and Channel sales, Partner and Ecosystem engagement, with SEA Commercial GTM and sales operations responsibilities.

Prior to this role, Andrew served as Chief of Staff to regional CTO and was regional account director on Microsoft at Intel and has held leadership roles in Samsung. With 25 years of IT industry experience across the US, India, Malaysia, and Singapore, his expertise spans Sales, Product Marketing, Go-To Market, Partner management and Enterprise Cloud selling, he brings a diverse perspective to solving business challenges for customers from Edge to Cloud.
Adam Owee

Adam Owee is General Manager, Commercial Device & Solution Sales (CDSS), Asia Region at Microsoft.
